SHIPPING POLICY

Approximate Delivery Times by Geographic Zone:

  • Delivery to Switzerland: 2-3 business days

  • Delivery to France: 2-4 business days

  • Delivery to the United Kingdom: 2-4 business days

  • Delivery to Germany: 5-8 business days

  • International Delivery: 5-12 business days

Shipments are made worldwide at our expense, subject to possible delivery restrictions. Customers will receive a confirmation of their order as well as a shipping confirmation on the specified date during the order.

Ownership of the order is transferred to the customer upon receipt of the shipping confirmation. In case of non-distribution of the parcel, the customer assumes responsibility for all initial, return, or reshipment costs. Cashmere Concept disclaims any responsibility for failure or delay in delivery caused by factors beyond our control.

At Cashmere Concept Paris, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item, subject to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and         with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Items that are marked down because of a "Sale" or "Discount" are not eligible for returns, exchange giftcard or size and color only. 

2. Initiation of the Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

 

  • Contact our logistics team: commandes@cashmereconceptparis.fr

  • Provide your order number with the # and full name.

  • Select the item(s) you'd like to return.

  • Select the shipping method you prefer and receive a QR code.

  • Take your parcel to the nearest drop off point.

 

3. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you opt for self-shipping, please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.

 

4. Inspection and Approval

4.1. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.

4.2. If the return is approved, we will process your refund.

 

5. Refund Process

5.1. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

5.2. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement. The time taken for the credit to appear may vary depending on your financial institution.
 

8. Changes to the Returns Policy

Cashmere Concept Paris reserves the right to modify this returns policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

EXCHANGE POLICIY 

1. Eligibility for Exchanges

  • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact, including the box and satin pouch.

  • Exchanges are only available for coats of the same length, for a different size or color.

2. Initiation of the Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our logistics team at: commandes@cashmereconceptparis.fr

  • Provide your order number (with the #) and your full name.

  • Specify the item(s) you'd like to exchange, including the desired size or color.

  • Select your preferred shipping method and receive a QR code for return.

  • Drop off the parcel at the nearest shipping point.

3. Exchange Shipping

Exchanges are free of charge for customers located in France and Switzerland. For all other regions, you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange. If you choose to handle shipping yourself, please ensure that you use a reliable method with tracking to guarantee the safe return of the item.

 

4. Inspection and Approval

4.1. Once we receive the item for exchange, it will be inspected to confirm it meets the exchange eligibility criteria. You will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of the exchange.

4.2. If approved, we will proceed with the exchange, and the new item will be dispatched.

 

5. Processing Time

5.1. Once the exchange is approved, we will process the shipment of the replacement item. Please allow up to 14 business days for the exchange to be completed and the new item to be delivered.

5.2. The time it takes for the exchanged item to arrive may vary based on your location and shipping method.
